Australian scientists have developed cyborg cockroaches to deliver medicine to victims of natural disasters.

According to a foreign news agency, these cockroaches equipped with special cameras and injection devices have been named ‘Paraborgs’.

These cockroaches can be controlled remotely by implanting electrodes into their nervous system.

According to the researchers, these cockroaches can pass through narrow and difficult passages to reach infected people, with a success rate of 72 percent in experiments and 95 percent at close range.

Scientists say that in the future these cyborg cockroaches can be used to save lives in earthquakes, building collapses, snake bites and other emergency situations.
