Minister of State for Information Technology Shaza Fatima has said that the financial system is being strengthened through modern technology, the government is taking effective steps to promote the digital economy.

According to Shaza Fatimah, it is the government’s priority to connect the public to the modern digital financial system, while transparency and public trust are being promoted in various sectors through digitization.

He further said that special attention is being given to the promotion of digital wallets and the digital transformation of the financial system.

The Minister of State termed the Special Investment Facilitation Council as an important and effective program for national development and said that effective steps are being taken for national development and investment through the platform of the council.

He also said that the relevant institutions are working together for national development through the Special Investment Facilitation Council.
