All Pakistan Goods Transport Union has announced a 5% increase in fares while condemning the increase in the prices of petroleum products.

President All Pakistan Goods Transport Union Malik Shehzad Awan said that the price of diesel was increased by Rs 19 per liter and the price of petrol by Rs 20 per liter in 17 days.

He said that the decision to change the prices of petroleum products on a daily basis is unacceptable.

It should be noted that the price of petrol continues to soar in the country and today the price of petrol has been increased by 5 rupees 58 paise per liter and the price of diesel has been increased by 4 rupees 18 paise per litre.
