Netflix’s long-running baking sensation is expanding his spooky lineup once again. Today, Gasler revealed it Is it a cake? Halloween It has been officially renewed for a second season and is scheduled to premiere globally on Netflix on Friday, October 9, 2026.
Just in time for spooky season, the official logbook for the upcoming special event teases an even bigger and spookier toast:
“Is it a cake? Halloween Rising from the grave with Mickey Day and six wickedly talented, extremely realistic cake artists! These terrifying bakers push their skills to the max, creating the biggest and most amazing cakes designed to fool the celebrity judges. With a huge cash prize and title Is it a cake? Halloween hero On the line, the stakes have never been higher. Who will survive this delicious, deadly confrontation?
The new season will consist of three 40-minute episodes, making it a very fun and quick watch on the weekend before Halloween.

Fan favorite Saturday Night Live alum Mickey’s day He returns to the kitchen to host the mayhem, bringing his signature chaotic energy to the Halloween festivities. He’ll be joined by six real-life cake artists ready to compete for the ultimate cash prize:
