A police statement came out on the incident of the collapse of the dilapidated wall of the KMC Girls, Boys Primary and Secondary School in Orangi Town area of Karachi, killing 5 people and injuring 2 seriously.
After the incident yesterday, during the rescue operation, the rescue staff buried the dead bodies under the debris and brought them to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
According to the police, 7 people were buried under the rubble as a result of the collapse of the dilapidated wall of the government school near L Football Chowrangi, Orangi Town Sector 11, Mominabad police station limits.
Regarding the incident, SSP West says that the drug addicts were trying to remove the saria from the wall.
