The Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court, Justice Aminuddin Khan, says that the Constitution should always be given priority in the use of powers.

Addressing the ceremony in Islamabad, he has said that the beginning of the new judicial year is the day to renew the determination to deliver justice, stability in the society is possible only by observing the constitution.

Chief Justice Aminuddin Khan says that the powers and limits have been clearly determined in the constitution, the Federal Constitutional Court is properly discharging its responsibilities on constitutional matters.

He said that it is important to use modern technology in judicial matters, the Federal Constitutional Court has given judgments in many important cases in a short period of time, the use of technology increases institutional efficiency and transparency.

The Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court says that access to justice is the right of every citizen, constitutional justice without discrimination should be our main priority, appointment to hear cases is done in a transparent manner, the independence of the judiciary is of fundamental importance in any society.

Justice Aminuddin Khan has said that cooperation in the judicial sector is being increased through external visits and activities, the visits of bar associations and other delegations to the Federal Constitutional Court are also important, the Federal Constitutional Court will continue to fulfill the assigned constitutional responsibilities with firm determination.

He said cooperation between the bar and the bench would be promoted, determined to further strengthen public confidence in the justice system.
