Federal Minister for Climate Change Senator Mossadegh Malik has said that the common man is being severely affected by the increase in petrol prices.

In a press conference in Islamabad, Mossadegh Malik said that the government is aware of the problems faced by the people, the prices of petrol have increased globally.

He said that due to the war between America and Iran, the prices of petroleum products have increased all over the world.

The federal minister said that everything becomes more expensive due to the increase in the price of petrol, Rs 100 per liter relief has been given under the Prime Minister’s Relief Scheme.

He said that the price of oil is increasing, as much as the right of the people will be given relief, those who are driving cars worth crores, they also have a country, but the first right is the owner of a small car.

Senator Mossadegh Malik said that the prime minister tried to give relief to the poor man first, the levy is 80 rupees and the carbon levy is 5 rupees, the prime minister has given a relief of 100 rupees.

He said that the relief that is being given is more than the tax, we think that the relief that is being given is still insufficient, we have taken the burden that our economy could bear.

The federal minister further said that the whole world will get relief if the war stops, the petrol relief scheme has been started in Islamabad, in the next few days this scheme will be launched in the whole country.
