Lahore (Khalid Mahmood Khalid) Indian Army Chief General Dheeraj Seth will arrive in Moscow today on an official visit to Russia where he will hold important talks with Russian Army Chief Colonel General Andrey Mordevich to further expand the defense cooperation between India and Russia.
