Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha were re-arrested after their release, the court ordered them to be sent to jail on judicial remand.

According to police sources, Islamabad police took Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatta into custody and left Adiala Jail.

Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatta were produced in the Anti-Terrorism Court. The court ordered both to be sent to jail on judicial remand.

Islamabad Police again took Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chhata to Adiala Jail. The court has ordered to send both the accused to Adiala jail in the Kohsar police case.

The court rejected the request of the police for the physical remand of Iman Mazari and Hadi Chhata. The police requested physical remand of both the accused for 30 days.

It should be noted that the Supreme Court had granted bail to Iman Mazari and her husband Hadi Ali Chatta today.

The court suspended the trial court’s decision against Iman Mazari and her husband and granted bail against a surety bond of Rs 2 lakh.

Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan said that the bail is being given till the final decision of the case under hearing of the Islamabad High Court.

The court remarked that both the lawyers are respecting them, tell them also to take care of the decorum of the court.
