Islamabad (Report: Rana Masood Hussain) The Supreme Court has sought legal and constitutional assistance from the Attorney General for seeking the record of the transfer case of Imran Hospital from the Federal Constitutional Court. During the hearing, Justice Shahid Waheed said that it has been made clear that the two institutions do not want to clash, the Attorney General has said that the Federal Constitutional Court can not only order the records of the cases under hearing in the Supreme Court but can also order the cases to be transferred to it.
