The brother-in-law of the victim’s husband was involved in the murder of a woman and 3 children in Sarjani Town area of ​​Karachi.

According to DIG West, the accused had come home at 2.30 am on the day of the incident.

He further said that the accused was a relative of Humayun, so he had to come to her house for her. The accused tried to rape the woman and on her resistance, he stabbed her with a rod and used a saree to kill her.

DIG West has also stated that the accused threw the murder device (Sriya) in the drain at 6 pm while going home, which is being searched.

It should be noted that the bodies were found inside the house in Sector Seven D area of ​​Sirjani Town on Monday night, the four were buried on Tuesday evening.

The police also got information from the deceased Mehwish’s husband Danish, local residents, relatives and other people, on the basis of which the police reached the accused and took him into custody.
