Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervez Malik has expressed fear that the price of petrol per liter will go up to 1 thousand rupees.

Ali Pervaiz Malik spoke to the media after condoling the mother of PML-I activist Mian Amir Altaf at his residence in Baghbanpura area of ​​Lahore.

He said that currently there is no shortage of petrol in the country, but if there is a shortage, the price may go up to Rs 1,000 per liter.

The Federal Minister further said that Jamaat-e-Islami should avoid playing politics on the sufferings of the people. Yesterday, 18 crores of tokens were issued in 1 day.

He said that as a responsible prime minister, Shahbaz Sharif has put a stop to the price of petrol.

Ali Pervaiz Malik also said that the price of oil increased by 80% in the global market, but only 50% was increased in our country.

He said that the delegation of Jamaat-e-Islami was told that we are facing challenges.

The federal minister said that he will ask the PTI people not to use other people’s children as fuel in opposition to the government, and will not allow anyone to attack Islamabad.

Ali Pervaiz Malik said that they will not let the people suffer from gas shortage in winter. Even if gas worth 100 million dollars has to be ordered instead of 3.

In response to a question, the federal minister said that the issue of local government system and administrative units will be discussed in the assembly.

On the other hand, he expressed his ignorance on the detention of Aleema Khan, the sister of PTI founder.
