As promised, we’ll be working frame by frame. the First official teaser to More misadventures by Cliff Booth It’s finally hit the web, and we’ve been given a nice gallery of high-resolution IMAX footage to obsess over until the film hits theaters in November.

When director David Fincher teams up with Oscar-winning cinematographer Eric Messerschmidt (Mank, Mindhunter, The Killer), you know you’re in for a visual treat. But Quentin Tarantino’s sunny 1960s Hollywood passage through Fincher’s subtle, shady, gritty lens results in a 1977 Los Angeles that looks both incredibly dangerous — and undeniably cool.

We’ve combed through the new footage to bring you the best IMAX footage from the trailer, a mix of footage we saw during the Super Bowl trailer and more. From late-night dirt track racing and neon-lit restaurants to some intense muddy bar brawls, here’s a closer look at what to expect from the highly anticipated sequel.

Frame by frame: breaking down the footage

A new set of photos give us some great looks at the film’s massive cast and the seedy underbelly of Hollywood in the late ’70s.

• Brad Pitt is back: Cliff Booth looks like he hasn’t missed a thing. Whether he’s icing his knees with bags of frozen peas, speeding down Hollywood Boulevard in a muscle car, or casually chatting in a Hawaiian shirt, Pitt displays the same simple, acrobatic swagger that earned him an Oscar in 2020.
• Shine band: We get additional glimpses of Yahya Abdul-Mateen II He looks effortlessly chic in a rust-colored suit and aviators, along with quick shots of Peter Weller And blonde Elizabeth Debicki Looks sharp in an office environment.
• Work and chaos: It wouldn’t be a Cliff Booth movie without some violence. The footage teases everything from a wild mud wrestling match in a crowded dive bar to Cliff casually handling his gun. There are also ominous shots of shadowy figures crawling down the stairs with a hammer and sickle.
• Classic Venture Vibe: The color palette is distinctly Fincher. Lots of haunting yellow, deep shadows, and neon signs piercing the darkness. We also see wonderful, subtle details, from old movie projectors and old movie theater marquees to the famous glowing Astrobürger sign.

As a reminder, The Further Adventures of Cliff Booth (originally under the working title The Adventures of Cliff Booth) will be limited IMAX theaters on November 25, 2026before streaming globally on Netflix December 23, 2026.
