Systematic and comprehensive intelligence-based operations have been carried out following the recent terrorist attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The statement issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting said that the security forces carried out operations in the areas of Kohat, Hangu and Til, air raids were carried out on the hideouts and safe havens of the terrorist organizations responsible for the attacks.

According to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, an intelligence-based operation was carried out against terrorists in Kohat and Hangu on September 20, in which 9 Khawarij members of the Indian proxy Fitna-ul-Khawarij were killed and many were injured.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has said that they also targeted the camps and hideouts of Fitnah al-Khawarij and terrorists in the border area with Afghanistan, 3 targets were successfully destroyed in the operation, a training center for suicide bombers was also included in the destroyed targets, 28 terrorists including several suicide bombers were killed in the operation, and a large amount of weapons and ammunition stored in these centers and hideouts were also destroyed.

According to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, it is a matter of great concern that Afghanistan continues to be a center of terrorism.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has said that the threat of terrorism to Pakistan is originating from Afghanistan, in this context the centers of terrorists were targeted with precision, maximum precautions were taken, and it was ensured that there was no collateral damage.

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting says that the anti-terrorist campaign ‘Ghazdul-Haq’ will continue at full speed, so that foreign-backed and supported terrorism can be completely eradicated from the country.
