KARACHI (Saqib Sagheer) The incidents of honor killings in Sindh could not stop. This year, 128 people were killed in the province by declaring them to be criminals. 103 women are among those killed. According to the details, 128 people were killed in 120 cases of corruption during the first eight months of the year 2026 across Sindh. Among those killed, 103 women and 25 men are included. Among the suspects who killed 40 victims, 13 fathers, 22 brothers, one daughter, 37 other relatives and 7 neighbors, friends and other suspects are among the accused. Various types of weapons were used in the killings, including 3 Kalashnikovs/Stein guns, 8 short guns, a knife, 22 revolvers/pistols and other types of weapons. The highest number of cases of robbery were reported in Larkana range, with the number of 46. In Karachi range, 3, in Sukkur range, 44, in Hyderabad range, 11, in Mirpur Khas range, 6, while in Shaheed Benazirabad range, 17 cases of robbery were reported. It should be noted that in the year 2025, till the month of August, 142 people including 105 women were killed in 124 cases of robbery across Sindh.
