Pakistan’s leading TikToker Jannat Mirza has raised her voice against a video produced by her Artificial Intelligence (AI), warning that such content can threaten the honor and dignity of women.
Sharing the story on the photo and video sharing platform Instagram, TikTok has demanded that effective action be taken against creating such content without anyone’s permission.
An AI-generated video of Jannat Mirza is going viral on various social media platforms, against which he also warned.
The video shows Jannat Mirza with an unknown person, while the song ‘Achi Lagga Ho’ is playing in the background.
He wrote that this video is not funny at all, making such videos using someone’s face is very worrying, today my face is used but tomorrow any girl’s face can be used and her honor and dignity may be in danger.
Jannat Mirza has said that I am active on social media, yet watching this video made me feel very uneasy, imagine the girls who are not on social media at all, their pictures can be misused in ways they may never know about.
TikTok has described artificial intelligence as useful as a technology, saying that using it to create misleading or inappropriate content about real people is overstepping the bounds and those responsible should be prosecuted.
It should be noted that Jannat Mirza gained popularity through Tik Tok, where she has more than 25 million followers, along with which she has become one of the most followed personalities of Pakistan on Tik Tok, and she also has around 6 million followers on Instagram.

Member of Punjab Assembly of PML-N Hina Parvez Butt reacted to the issue highlighted by actress and social media personality Jannat Mirza.
Talking about the issue of artificial intelligence (AI) videos, he has said that such videos have a serious impact on women.
He also clarified the prescribed procedure for reporting such incidents to the concerned authorities and urged the concerned institutions to take effective legal action against those involved in such activities.
