In the judicial commission set up to investigate the Mir Raza case, the contents of the complaint of police surgeon Dr Samia’s harassment and negative campaign came to light.

Dr. Samia has said in the complaint that Dr. Osama tried to affect my reputation by leaking edited portions of private conversations.

According to the police surgeon, parts of the conversation were provided to certain media channels and digital platforms, taking the private conversation out of context and risking distracting attention from the real issue.

Dr. Samia has said that Dr. Osama is not accepting the final report by declaring the interim post-mortem report to be correct, while Dr. Osama’s statements raise questions about his conduct.

According to the police surgeon, post-mortem conducted by a multi-member board after a single post-mortem, the previous report becomes secondary.

They say that Dr. Osama’s preliminary findings regarding the bullet and exit wounds are an act of disregard for scientific evidence.

Dr. Samia has said that if the commission allows, he is ready to present the complete record of the conversation with Dr. Osama before the commission, the possibility of misunderstanding or interpretation can be eliminated by reviewing the complete record.
