Information Minister Attaullah Tarar has said that on September 23, air and drone attacks were carried out at 10 locations in Afghanistan.

In his statement, Attaullah Tarar said that the targets were the locations which were being used for launching and storing drones.

The federal minister said that the attacks were very proportionate and limited and their targets were military installations linked to the attempted attacks by Afghanistan.

Attaullah Tarar added that Pakistan’s air defense system had identified and disabled the drones sent from Afghan territory on Wednesday before they reached their targets.

It should be noted that according to the security sources, 8 drones entered Pakistan’s airspace on behalf of the Afghan Taliban regime yesterday, 4 drones were shot down in the hilly areas of the border adjacent to Kohat and the other 4 in the areas adjacent to the Torkham border.
