KARACHI (Staff Reporter) K Electric has said that it is awaiting the issuance of a detailed written order by the Nepra Appellate Tribunal, after which the company will consider all legal avenues available to it, adversely affecting the 2024 to 2030 multi-year tariff. Spokesman K Electric in its explanatory statement said that following the order of the Nepra Appellate Tribunal regarding the appeals filed by K-Electric against the decisions of NEPRA dated 20 October 2025, an oral order was pronounced today, stating that the appeals of K-Electric have been rejected, however, the written order has not yet been issued by the tribunal. For the control period up to the year 2030, there will be a significant adverse impact on the Multi-Air Tariff (MYT), the company will consider all avenues of litigation available to it.
