Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif says that Pakistan’s full attention is focused on mediation to end the Iran war.

Talking to the media on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly, he has said that Pakistan is playing the role of a sincere and honest mediator between Iran and America.

The Prime Minister says that the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding was signed by President Trump and the Iranian President along with me, unfortunately the events that happened after that were unexpected.

He has said that Pakistan’s full attention is on this issue, we have not given up hope, we are fully committed to de-escalation and progress.

Shahbaz Sharif says that this is a continuous process, all friendly countries are playing a role in efforts to achieve peace.
