Federal Police assured Islamabad High Court not to harass PTI leaders.

The Federal Police has informed the Islamabad High Court that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders have not been harassed and will not be harassed in the future.

The court disposed of the case on the assurance of the police authorities not to harass the petitioners.

Islamabad High Court Justice Inam Amin Minhas heard the case against the harassment of PTI leaders Malik Amir, Shoaib Shaheen and others before the long march.

SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza, DSP Legal Sajid Cheema appeared in the court on the order of the court.

The police officials took a stand that no harassment has been done by the police and will not be done in the future, if an FIR is registered against anyone, action is taken according to law.

The court disposed of the petition on the assurance of the police authorities not to harass the petitioners.
