ISLAMABAD (Khalid Mustafa) Synergeco Pakistan Limited (CPL) will implement its refinery upgrade project in 3 phases, the first phase includes production of fuel as per Euro-V standard, the second phase will reduce the production of furnace oil and the third phase will expand the production capacity of the refinery. Synergeco Chief Executive Officer Amir Abbasi has said that the company has organized its upgrade program in accordance with the overall framework of the refinery policy.
