Well-known Bollywood actor Mushtaq Khan’s son Mohsin Khan has revealed about the last days of his father’s life.

Mushtaq Khan passed away in Mumbai yesterday after battling lung cancer for over a year. His age was 75 years.

Mushtaq Khan, known for popular films like Hum Hain Rahi Pyaar Ke, Ghadar: Ek Prem Katha, Welcome and Bala, continued to work during treatment.

His son Mohsin Khan, a filmmaker, has now spoken about his father Mushtaq Khan’s last days and revealed that the treatment was having a positive effect on him, but his condition worsened during the last 10 days.

Mohsin said that his father was ill for more than a year. And we were treating them. The treatment was working well for him but in the last 10 days the situation went out of control. This was the will of Allah. He lived a very good life and despite being in the hospital, he left this world smiling.

Mushtaq Khan remained active in work despite his illness. According to Mohsin, he last faced the camera on September 4 at Madh Island in Mumbai.

The father-son duo had worked together on two TV commercials, one with Rajpal Yadav and the other with Paresh Rawal.

Mushtaq Khan later played a full-length role in Mohsin’s Hindi-Marathi film, but passed away before completing dubbing.
