Shahbaz Sharif said that Field Marshal Asim Munir’s efforts created scope for diplomacy, the demand for diplomacy should still be high, Hormuz and Bab al-Mandab should remain open, they should not become a conflict point, we condemn Israeli aggression against Lebanon and Syria.
India attacked Pakistan on a false pretext
The Prime Minister said that India attacked Pakistan on false pretenses, in response to Indian aggression, Pakistan exercised its right to self-defense as per the UN Charter, Pakistan fought India under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir and taught it a lesson it would never forget.
Millions of lives have been saved due to Trump’s visionary leadership
Shahbaz Sharif said that due to the visionary leadership of President Trump, the lives of millions of people of South Asia were saved, two nuclear neighboring countries were on the verge of an all-out war, it must be ensured that South Asia does not reach this situation again, it must be ensured that the Kashmir issue is resolved.
There should be referendum in Kashmir
The Prime Minister said that there should be a referendum in Kashmir under the United Nations, collective punishment is being given in Kashmir, efforts are being made to change the demography of Kashmir, I assure the Kashmiri brothers and sisters that we will continue our diplomatic and moral support for them until they do not get their right, Kashmir is, was and will remain the lifeblood of Pakistan.
He said that a fair solution to the Kashmir issue is very important for peace in the region. The people of Occupied Kashmir have been looking to the United Nations for 8 decades.
The water of the Indus basin is for the entire region
He said that the water of the Indus Basin is for the entire region, India unilaterally terminated the Indus Basin Agreement which has no value, this decision was rejected by the United Nations and the Conciliation Court.
For generations, the Palestinian people have been fighting for freedom
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the Palestinian people have been fighting for freedom for generations, children born in Gaza have the right to live like other children, the forced expulsion of Palestinians shows Israel’s genocidal agenda, they want the establishment of a Palestinian state based on the pre-1967 borders, and condemn the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon and Syria.
Terrorism has become a serious threat to world peace and security
Shahbaz Sharif said that terrorism has become a serious threat to world peace and security, as the first state to combat terrorism, it faced terrorists, Pakistan sacrificed one lakh lives in the war against terrorism and suffered an economic loss of 150 billion dollars, thanks to the sacrifices of our armed forces and brave citizens, the world is safer today.
He said that Fitna-ul-Khawarij TTP and Fitna-ul-Hindustan BLA are using Afghan land, Afghan authorities should take immediate steps to stop the use of their land against Pakistan.
