Iran’s President Masoud Al-Mabazikian has met Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani in New York. Discussed efforts to reduce tension in the region.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly session.

On this occasion, the two leaders discussed the latest situation in the region, efforts to de-escalate tensions and create a conducive environment for dialogue to enhance regional security and stability.
