
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has launched an inquiry into media reports on discipline and player behaviour.
According to PCB, the matter is being reviewed under the rules and regulations of the board.
The PCB says that in the inquiry, all concerned will be given full opportunity to present their views, noting that speculations on some platforms should not be considered credible.
According to the PCB spokesperson, there will be no further comment on unconfirmed reports and news at this time.
Sources say that after the Lord’s Test, an inquiry is being conducted regarding the sending back of the players and the violation of discipline, while an investigation is also being conducted on the issue of keeping the mobile phones of the players.
