Crude oil prices recorded a decline in the global market while assessing the possibility of regional oil supply being affected due to the ongoing tension between the United States and Iran and renewed fears of military attacks.
Brent crude futures were down 43 cents, or 0.45 percent, at $95.20 a barrel on Thursday.
On the other hand, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil price fell 24 cents or 0.26% to $90.77 per barrel.
Investors in the market are keeping an eye on possible military tensions between the US and Iran and the resulting threats to oil supplies from the region.
