In Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench, the case of rape of a 12-year-old boy in school was won by the victim’s parents after 3 years.
The third appeal of the convicted teacher convicted by the trial court was also dismissed, the appeal was dismissed by a bench comprising Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan and Justice Tariq Bajwa.
The trial court sentenced the culprit to life imprisonment, a fine of Rs 2 lakh and a compensation of Rs 5 lakh on April 25, 2025.
The trial court both times upheld the first sentence awarded to the offender.
The convict approached the High Court for the third time, but the High Court dismissed the appeal against the sentence.
