Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has directed to complete the steps for the improvement of Pimz Hospital in 3 months.

In the meeting on action plan for improvement of PIMS Hospital, PIMS investigation report and performance audit of PIMS were reviewed.

In this regard, Shahbaz Sharif said that support should be taken from PKLI for fire safety in PIMs and the recommendations of the WHO report should be implemented.

He said that measures for free supply of medicines in hospitals should be made part of the plan, manpower with good reputation should be appointed in PIMs.

The Prime Minister said that irregularities should be removed by conducting an audit of the Polyclinic Hospital.

The Prime Minister also directed to ensure fire safety audit in public and private hospitals, offices and buildings.
