It was announced to increase the fare of goods transport by 7%.
President All Pakistan Goods Transport Union Malik Shahzad Awan said that the price of diesel has increased by 26 rupees 88 paise per liter in the last 7 days.
He said that the price of petrol was increased by Rs 20 per liter in the last one week.
There is a fear of further increase in the prices of essential commodities due to increase in goods transport fare.
