Israel on behalf of the United States F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia After approval of the sale, plans were made to ask the US for additional defense capabilities as compensation.

According to Israeli media, Israel will now demand from the United States to buy weapons systems that the administration of US President Donald Trump had previously refused to approve.

According to an Israeli news website, Israel’s military focus is not limited to modern fighter jets and new-generation stealth planes, but also to the development and production of space weapons and interceptor planes that destroy enemy missiles in the air.

Among the weapons sought by Israeli officials are ground-destroying munitions and subterranean systems capable of operating deep within the Rocky Mountains.

According to the website, the move is aimed at seeking compensation from Washington following the F-35 deal with Riyadh.

It should be noted that on Thursday, the US State Department approved the sale of 48 F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia, possibly worth $24.3 billion.
