The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting says that the Kohat attack was carried out by the worst Khawarij with roots in Afghanistan.

According to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in a statement, terrorist sanctuaries in Afghanistan are a direct threat to the security of Pakistan.

According to the Ministry, there is serious concern about the use of Afghan territory by terrorist groups, the threat of serious consequences to Pakistan by the spokesman of the Afghan Taliban is condemnable.

The statement further said that instead of blaming Pakistan, the Afghan Taliban should eliminate the terrorist networks and the Afghan Interim Government should fulfill its anti-terrorism obligations under the Doha Agreement.

The Ministry of Information says that the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ condemnation of the Kohat attack is not enough, the Afghan government must turn verbal sympathy into concrete and verifiable actions.

We will not tolerate those who endanger the lives of our people in the name of negotiations, Pakistan will take all necessary steps under international law to protect the people and sovereignty.

Ministry of Information Pakistan is fully committed and capable of eradicating the threat of terrorism from everywhere, the international community should pressure the Afghan Taliban to take decisive action before this threat spreads across the region.
