
Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has informed that due to sit-ins, protests, closure of business activities, the country will suffer a daily loss of 120 billion rupees.
While talking to the media in Islamabad, he said that the daily volume of exports may decrease by 50% due to strikes, there is a fear of stopping the journey of development.
He says that in the current situation, the talk of marches, strikes and sit-ins are beyond comprehension, economic stability was achieved through difficult decisions, continuing the journey of economic development is a shared responsibility.
Muhammad Aurangzeb said that the problems should be solved by sitting, sit-ins and protests will affect the poor people.
The finance minister said that our foreign exchange reserves have reached the highest level of 21.4 billion dollars, expenses are being reduced, the current account is in surplus, our journey is going from economic stability to economic development, we are also moving in the right direction in the export sector, we are hopeful that the journey of economic development will accelerate.
