Russian authorities have claimed that two people were killed in a major drone attack by Ukraine while an oil refinery in Moscow was damaged.

According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, Russia has destroyed or disabled more than 1,600 drones, including 450 that were flying toward Moscow.

According to the governor of Moscow, a 21-story building caught fire after a drone crashed, 400 people have been evacuated from the building.

Russian officials have alleged that the attack was aimed at disrupting parliamentary elections.

On the other hand, according to the Ukrainian Air Force, Russia launched 138 drones over Ukraine late at night, of which 101 were destroyed or disabled.
