The detention of sisters Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi, the founders of PTI, was challenged in the Lahore High Court.
Punjab Government, Home Department, DC Lahore and others have been made parties in the petition filed in the court.
The petitioner is of the view that the DC Lahore issued detention orders illegally.
The petition has requested that the court quash the illegal detention orders of the DC.
It should be noted that PTI founder sisters Noreen Niazi and Uzma Khan were detained and detained from Lahore, both of them have been detained for 30 days.
