Rawalpindi (Hafiz Waseem Akhtar / Staff Reporter) Security arrangements have been tightened in the GHQ and its surroundings and in the cant area, in view of the current country situation, possible threats, terrorism and sabotage, a special security plan has come into effect from September 20, which will remain in place until further notice.
