According to sources, PCB banned Rizwan from practicing at the National Cricket Academy, the wicket-keeper batsman joined his department SNGPL in Islamabad.

In this regard, the sources further said that in the absence of Shan Masood, Rizwan was asked to be the captain on behalf of the department, he also participated in the practice session and team meeting of his department.

According to sources, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) contacted the SNGPL management and conveyed that the inquiry is going on, send Rizwan back.
