Leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan Farooq Sattar has said that Before the municipal elections in 2023, Mayor Karachi was the administrator, it seems that the setting of Mayor Karachi is going to be upset.

While holding a press conference in Karachi, he said that Thousands of retired KMC employees have not received their pension and other dues. More than 10,000 retired employees have been missing dues for a decade.

Farooq Sattar said that the petition in the Sindh High Court was filed by MC employees, this petition was filed with the support of MQM Pakistan.

He has said that this is also a question about the mayor’s performance, pension and funds are not charity, pension and other dues should be given to the employees immediately after retirement.

The MQM leader said that on September 15, the Sindh High Court gave a decision on the petition, there is no ambiguity in the decision, Sindh government’s cunning cannot work after the decision of the High Court, the decision of the High Court is a question mark on the performance of Mayor Karachi.

Farooq Sattar said that the court has decided to pay the dues of the retired employees of KMC in 2 months, the court has asked the Chief Secretary Sindh to supervise the payment of dues.

The MQM leader has said that Sindh High Court’s decision proves the incompetence of KMC, after the court decision, the dues of the retired employees of KMC will have to be paid.

He said that Jamaat-e-Islami has collected a handful of people in the name of petroleum levy, when notes and votes are to be taken, My Karachi is remembered, administrative units should be formed in all districts of Sindh, Sindh government has broken all the records of looting and corruption.
