Karachi (Staff Reporter) MQM Pakistan Chairman Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has said that Karachi has given a decision on the issue of administrative units today. He expressed these views while addressing the participants at the end of the national rally from Karimabad to Mazar-e-Quaid in connection with the beginning of the struggle of administrative units organized by Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan District Central. A large number of women, youth, students, workers, officials and public participated in the rally. Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Farooq Sattar said that the future of Karachi will not only change with the administrative units, but the future of Larkana, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad and other cities of Sindh can also improve. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that the people of Tando Allah Yar, Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas have already given their decision and today Karachi has also given a decision in our favor. is Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that when we leave, history is made and this time too we will not go back home without fulfilling our demands. He said that today’s march is an expression of the determination of our workers and the people. The workers have proved that they have stood by their position even in difficult situations and are the children of the founders of Pakistan. We should not be oppressed anymore, we should be given our rights. He said that we demand that there should be a democratic system in which the people have rights and solutions to their problems at their doorsteps. We do not want a feudal political system. He said that the administrative units should be based not on linguistic but on administrative basis so that the fruits of democracy can reach the people. Speaking on this occasion, senior central leader Dr. Farooq Sattar said that today the people of Karachi have shown their determination by coming out in large numbers to get administrative powers and their rights. He said that today’s rally has proved that Karachi has woken up and the workers and people of MQM Pakistan are united for their demands. Dr. Farooq Sattar said that the future of Karachi will not only change with administrative units, but the future of Larkana, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad and other cities of Sindh can also improve.
