
Indian actress Akanksha Chamula has broken her silence on the rumors of taking 10 crore Indian rupees as non-maintenance in the ongoing divorce case from actor Gaurav Khanna.
The 35-year-old actress, who rose to fame after participating in ‘Lockup 2’, dismissed the rumors in a recent interview and said that if I had demanded such a huge amount and I had received it, I would not be sitting here giving explanations.
Akanksha Chamula said that if I really had that much money, I would have left the country by now, if I had that much money, I would have spent it on traveling the world and exploring new places.
Akanksha Chamula revealed at the premiere of ‘Lockup 2’ that her marriage with Gaurav Khanna is headed for divorce. Later, she also talked about her relationship and motherhood.
According to the actress, most people get married to have children and to advance the family, Gaurav Khanna was not wrong in his place, but I was not able to fulfill his wish.
According to reports, Akanksha Chamula and Gaurav Khanna first met during an audition, which is where their love story began.
Both got married on November 24, 2016 during a ceremony in Kanpur.
