The US has admitted that 18 soldiers were killed and 417 injured in the war with Iran.

According to the Inspector General of the US Department of Defense, these deaths occurred in the first 4 months of the war, during which 18 US warplanes, helicopters and 30 drones were destroyed in Iranian attacks.

According to US officials, during ‘Operation Epic Fury’, US ammunition stockpiles were rapidly depleted, which also led to obstacles to overcome the shortage.

According to the report, between February 28 and June 30, 2026, 11 US soldiers died in combat operations and 7 soldiers died in non-combat incidents.

The report stated that hundreds of buildings and installations of US military bases in Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Oman and Jordan were damaged by Iranian attacks, many buildings were completely destroyed.
