Legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan has revealed that he has an interesting way of getting wife Jaya Bachchan to events on time.

According to Indian media, in the upcoming episode of ‘Koon Banega Crorepati’, a candidate asked Amitabh Bachchan if he ever had to wait for Jaya Bachchan to get ready.

The 83-year-old actor has described the question as interesting and said that if there is a wedding procession at 6 pm, I tell Jaya that the procession will come at 5 pm.

Amitabh Bachchan has said that like this, Jaya Bachchan starts getting ready from 3:30 or 4 and we both reach the function on time.

The actor has said that if I have to go to an event, I tell Jaya about 1 hour before the actual time so that she gets ready on time.

This is not the first time that Amitabh Bachchan has talked about his wife Jaya Bachchan in the program.

In an earlier episode, when he was asked if Jaya Bachchan gets angry when he comes home late, he said that if the shoot is going to continue late, I inform the family in advance.

According to Amitabh, I send a message in the family group and tell them that I will be late and the family should not wait for me for food. On such days, Jaya eats and sleeps without waiting for me.

It should be noted that Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan first met during the shooting of the film ‘Gadi’ in 1971, after which both of them got married in 1973.
