As concerns in the Middle East intensified, the PSX 100 index fell 2 percent

The Pakistan Stock Exchange’s (PSX) 100 index fell 2 percent on ongoing concerns in the Middle East.

The PSX benchmark 100 index closed down 3,078 points at 168,856 in late trade. 100 index remained in a band of 3474 points during the business day.

62 crore shares worth 27 billion rupees were traded in the stock market today.

Similarly, the market capitalization has decreased by 378 points to 18 thousand 854 billion rupees.
