Islamabad (Mehtab Haider) Civil Service Reforms; Army recommends adoption of seven key points of HRP, Selection of candidates: Joint and independent review of psychologist, GTO and Deputy President. According to the details, the Prime Minister’s Civil Service Reforms Committee has adopted seven methods from the Human Resource Policy of the General Headquarters of the Army (GHQ), so that these reforms can be implemented in the government bureaucracy while bringing the desired changes in the civil service. The High-powered Committee has recommended the adoption of the Inter-Services Selection Board methodology for a three-tiered selection process. Accordingly, the ISSB uses a four-day, three-pronged selection process to assess candidates’ leadership ability and suitability for commission in the Army.
