During the hearing of the Mir Raza case in the Judicial Commission, it was confirmed that the investigation team had requested to form a Super Medical Board.

Justice Umar Syal asked whether a super medical board is being created? Special Secretary Shahryar Memon replied that the request has been received from DIG Amir Farooqui, a decision will be taken after review.

Samiullah Soomro replied that the owner of the guest house was a woman who had given someone, interviewed 9 employees of the guest house.

The commission said that how will we know that the police did not record anyone’s statement, how did the CCTV of the guest house get damaged? Samiullah Soomro replied that SHO Ferozeabad had DVR of the guest house, on which the commission said that Adeel Afzal denied the DVR in the statement, the memo of confiscation of DVR did not come before us.

Lawyer Gibran Nasir said that according to the family, 3 people ran away after showing Raza’s photo in the guest house, the family was not called for identification during the investigation of the guest house employees.

Samiullah Soomro said that one can go to the crime scene from the back door of the guest house without coming into the cameras.

The commission asked if the guest house belonged to a powerful person. Your entire investigation revolved around money, Samiullah Soomro said no motive for the murder was found during the six-day investigation, to which the commission said Mir Raza was misrepresented as if he was asking for money from everyone.
