The election schedule for the four vacant seats of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council has been released, the assembly members will vote on October 12, the term of the four elected members was completed on September 19.

According to the Election Commission, the nomination papers can be submitted on October 1 from 9 am to 2 pm, while the papers will be scrutinized on October 2.

Appeals against the rejection of papers or objections can be filed on October 5, which will be heard and decided on October 6.

Candidates can withdraw the papers till October 7 while the final list will be released on October 9.
