Iran has said that flights from Tehran to Baghdad and Muscat have been canceled since Tuesday night.

Officials say that flights from Iran to Baghdad are being diverted to Najaf, while other international flights, including Istanbul, will operate as per schedule.

Iraq has announced the suspension of Iranian flights to Baghdad from Wednesday midnight.

The Iraqi government has considered diverting Iranian flights from Baghdad to Najaf airport.
