Islamabad (Umar Cheema) In an important development, the case of 40 suspects of Balochistan has been sent for trial through faceless courts for the first time. The move comes under new legislation aimed at ending the controversial practice of enforced disappearances and bringing such cases to justice. Arbitrary detentions had been a serious problem in Balochistan for two decades.
