Foreign exchange reserves at the highest level in history at 21.4 billion dollars, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed his gratitude.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has expressed his gratitude for the foreign exchange reserves reaching the highest level of 21.4 billion dollars in history.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif termed it as another historic milestone towards economic stability and said that foreign exchange reserves reaching 21.4 billion dollars is a proof of the hard work of the economic team day and night and steps taken in the right direction.

He has said that successful access to international capital markets is a manifestation of the restoration of global confidence in the economy.

The Prime Minister has said that the increase in foreign exchange reserves will strengthen the country’s external payments capacity.

He has said that it will also increase our capacity to face additional global economic challenges and a stable economic position will open new doors for investment and sustainable economic growth.

The Prime Minister has paid tribute to Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Governor State Bank, economic team and people of overseas Pakistanis.
