The Supreme Court immediately summoned the Attorney General in the case of transfer of PTI founder to the hospital.

A 3-member bench headed by Justice Shahid Waheed is hearing the case of transfer of founder PTI to hospital.

Justice Shahid Waheed inquired that there is no one in the court room on behalf of the parties.

The court staff said that the attendance of Additional Attorney General Rana Asad is scheduled, he is not present in the court at that time.

Justice Shahid Waheed said that the Attorney General should come and then he will listen to everyone.

Additional Attorney General Rana Asad has appeared in the Supreme Court and said that the Federal Constitutional Court has issued an order yesterday, the Federal Constitutional Court has called for the records of this case.

The Additional Attorney General read out the order of the Constitutional Court to the judges.

Justice Shahid Waheed asked the Additional Attorney General whether the Attorney General is present in the office.

Rana Asad said that yes, the Attorney General is present in the office.

The court adjourned the hearing by summoning the Attorney General in his personal capacity.
